In February 2019, the team developed and implemented a social media strategy to enhance engagement and create a stronger, more cohesive brand aesthetic. Strategy included differentiating social media content across platforms, leveraging Facebook as a main website traffic driver for the brand, and identifying key brand pillars to tie all content back to.

The following month, the Mongolian tour operator saw a 532% increase in engagements, a 468% increase in likes, and a 2,150% increase in comments on the brand’s Instagram platform in comparison the year prior. Over the duration of the team’s short partnership with Nomadic Expeditions, engagements on Facebook increased by 40% and organic impressions increased by 20%.
