#BetterTogether Campaign (June 2020 - December 2020)

In an effort to promote the newly enhanced safety and health protocols implemented across all Brookfield Properties, a fully-integrated, global real estate service company that manages 170+ retail destinations and 600+ properties around the country, the team was tasked in securing key local and regional influencer partners to highlight safe shopping experiences across varying markets as a part of the brand-wide #BetterTogether campaign. A total of 17+ influencers across nine properties in varying markets were activated, resulting in a total combined reach of 44.2k for campaign content to date.

Summer of Surprises Campaign (July 2020 - August 2020)

Worked alongside the team at The SoNo Collection (Norwalk, Connecticut) and Ridgedale Center (Minneapolis, MN) throughout the summer months to secure micro-influencers to spotlight the unique surprise and delights taking place on property. From live painting sessions to outdoor yoga, these activations were executed to bring joy to both shoppers and local residents alike. In total, 13 influencers were activated to share their experiences with their audiences resulting in a total combined reach of 51.8k for campaign content to date.

Virtual Content Plan (May 2020 - June 2020)

Built and developed a comprehensive Virtual Content Plan that continued to engage The SoNo Collection’s audience virtually, despite being able to gather in-person. Partnered with three local Fairfield County tastemakers and social media influencers to produce individual IGTV videos that spoke to various verticals including beauty, wellness, art, and supporting local businesses. Nina Clarke, Megan Schinella, and Zac Mathias created four tailored IGTV videos that were hosted on The SoNo Collection’s profile resulting in a total 4K+ views. This campaign marked The SoNo Collection’s very first IGTV video.
