Worked in tandem with the team at Arlo Hotels, the independent lifestyle hotel segment with properties in both New York and Miami, to create engaging and creative content across all of the brand’s social media channels with a specific focus on Instagram. The team was tasked in fine-tuning Arlo Hotels’ brand voice, actively sourcing and repurposing UGC and influencer content, and establishing an integrated brand aesthetic that highlighted all Arlo Hotel properties (i.e. Arlo Nomad, Arlo SoHo, and Nautilus By Arlo), onsite amenities, unique programming, brand partners, and the diverse culinary experiences available to guests at each hotel.

#LayLowWithArlo Campaign (March 2020)

In response to the outbreak of COVID-19, the team developed a virtual content strategy and created an original Instagram Story Series known as #LayLowWithArlo that brought the Arlo Hotels’ experience home and provided guests with value-driven content. This series incorporated daily themes such as “Movie Night Monday” and “Tuesday Tutorials” that highlighted hotel staff members, general managers, brand partners, and how-to videos from the properties’ culinary staff. The first iteration of the at-home series garnered more than 22K impressions, driving traffic to both the brand’s profile and website. The Instagram story series now permanently lives on the brand's channel as a dedicated Instagram highlight. Adapting to the timely best practice of providing service and value to audiences, the team developed an ‘Arlo Anywhere’ Facebook group that served as a dedicated landing page for all virtual content and a direct hub for the hotel to interact with guests at a time when travel was halted.
